When you order or get in touch, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• The university or college you named, if you gave one.
• The brief, handbook, rubric and any files you send us.
• Your order details: subject, level, word count and deadline.
• Messages between you and our team.

We do not take or store card numbers. Payments are handled by a payment provider, and we only see that a payment succeeded.

Under UK GDPR we need a lawful basis for each use. Ours are contract, legitimate interests, and consent.

• To write and deliver your order, and to handle revisions. Basis: performing our contract with you.
• To answer your questions and keep you updated. Basis: performing our contract with you.
• To keep records for accounting and tax. Basis: a legal obligation.
